Therapy is about learning to live with your specific challenges, and releasing the control they may have on your life. Therapy provides the support and guidance for increasing self-awareness helping us to understand our individual responses and choices. My intention, through my counseling practice, is to support each person to understand their own unique gifts and their purpose on this planet. With that comes a knowing that each person has a purpose that only they can fulfill and the desire to move into their own journey of healing and wholeness.
